Experience Required: Minimum 4 years electrical quantity surveying experience for an electrical contractor in the following fields. Pharmaceutical. Food Industry. Data Centres. Heavy Industry. Commercial Projects. Trade qualification an advantage but not essential. KEY COMPETENCIES: Computer literate, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, Motivated and dynamic individual able to work solely or as part of a team, Ability to negotiating and dealing with consultant and main contractors. Ability to read & interpret electrical drawings & specifications, Ability to analyse a project and accurately report: Progress to date. Costs remaining (Labour, Materials, Preliminaries & Sub-Contractors. Ability to review and analyse contracts, In-depth knowledge of the various elements that form an electrical project.
