Bookkeeper / Administrator

Bagenalstown, Carlow

A Bagenalstown manufacturing company are looking to hire a bookkeeper and administrator. 20 Hours per week Mon-Fri. Immediate Start. Working times negotiable. WFH negotiable on successful completion of 3-month probation.

Main duties:

Basic payroll – small company

Maintenance of Cashflow

Basic accounts payable and receivable

Bank Reconciliation

Revenue Returns

Company visa reconciliation

Office administration

Other ad-hoc duties


2years+ experience in accounts administrator / assistant role

Fluent English essential

Proficiency in Excel essential

Team player

20-25k Per Annum
