Johnston Mooney & O'Brien seek an enthusiastic candidate to work as a self employed bread sales distributor to work with in developing our brand in the retail and foodservice channels in the Enniscorthy, Wexford, Rosslare and New Ross area. Candidate will be required distribute from our depot in Enniscorthy and deliver, merchandise, rotate stock, manage waste, sell and build relations through reliable service and excellent communications with customers. Own van is required. Earnings are generated through volume of sales. Experience would be preferential. Johnston Mooney & O'Brien will work with the successful candidate to ensure that this opportunity is mutually successful.

Overview of Key duties:

• Stock management - order daily to ensure sufficient stock to cover the market
• Promotions - ensure effective execution of all promotions
• Service - Provide a reliable daily service to all customers on the route plan 6 days and manage day to day customer requirements
• Range - Ensure the correct range and quantities are made available to various customers daily
• Category Management - Ensure space and position for products is maximised in all retail outlets
• Communications - Provide effective communications with customers and management to ensure effective running of the business
• Business Development - Actively seek new sales opportunities within the geographic area
• Problem Solving - Ability to overcome and resolve any potential issues that may occur within the day to day business

Due to the market requirement for stock to be delivered in many cases prior to customers opening the candidate will need to be willing to commence their role early in the morning.
