Estimator – Main Contractor. Wexford. €50,000 - €65,000 + package. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our clients team as an Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for projects varying in values from £1m to £30m. The Estimator position. • Preparation of tender submissions. • Measuring and take-offs from drawings. • Producing bills-of-quantities. • Cost Planning. • Pre and post Contract meetings. • Build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme, and scope of works. The ideal Estimator will have: • A strong background in Design & Build projects. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A thorough understanding of contract law and regulations.
