You are responsible to Head Chef for helping managing the kitchen, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards. Hands on and enjoys working in a busy team environment, championing local suppliers and beautiful fresh produce. your role daily is to manage the popular CARVERY service at the Hotel, take responsibility for prep, batch cooking and service, rotatign menus and devising daily specials, To promote positive work relationships with colleagues and other departments. To ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained, reduce food and energy wastage in the Kitchens. To help develop a team spirit amongst the kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive team, ensuring all HACCP Protocols are maintained.
