The EPA is recruiting a Senior HR Officer to oversee the management of the EPA’s Human Resources & Development (HRD) Programme. The Programme contains four units: Talent and Resourcing; People and Organisational Development, Health, Safety and Welfare, and HR Services and Compliance. The successful candidate will be assigned a senior management and leadership role, reporting directly to the Programme Manager, Human Resources and Corporate Governance and will play a key role in the leadership and management of Human Resources Management and Development. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management and implementation of the overall range of HRD functions including but not limited to: workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, superannuation, Health, Safety & Welfare, staff health and wellbeing, HR Policies and Procedures and all HR administrative functions. The EPA is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate experience in leading a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and who can successfully engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver organisational-wide initiatives and change. The candidate must also demonstrate a record of achievement that demonstrates their capacity and management capability to deliver in this fast paced and challenging role.
