Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant.

ALTITUDE

22 Ballybricken, Waterford City.

Altitude Bike Shop require a full-time sales assistant to work in their Waterford City store. This is a 37.5hr per week / 5 day position and all normal holiday entitlements apply. Although not essential, some experience of bicycles would be a distinct advantage, as would some previous retail experience. Altitude operates to a very high level of customer service and a strong customer service ethic would be essential. Salary will be dependent on experience but above industry norm. Career advancement within the store is possible through this role. Duties are not limited to but would include:

• Day to day sales duties, dealing with customer queries.
• Dealing with incoming bike repairs and collection of completed work.
• Goods inwards / pricing stock for sale / stock replenishment.
• General shop duties, displays, cleaning of the retail area.
• Dealing with customer emails and queries
• Creating Invoices for Cycle To Work scheme applicants.
