For full job description and details on how to apply: https://www.epa.ie/who-we-are/corporate-information/careers/current-vacancies/     The EPA will form a panel from which future Programme Officer IV (Level 6) vacancies may be filled in EPA Headquarters in Wexford or the EPA Regional Inspectorate in Kilkenny.  The EPA has an immediate vacancy for a Programme Officer IV (Level 6) in the EPA Regional Inspectorate in Kilkenny. The role will include both receptionist duties and providing a range of business support services to a busy laboratory, and inputting data to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).   The Programme Officer IV (Level 6) role is an entry level administrative role with responsibility for a range of tasks in the office assigned. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with both scientific/technical and business support staff and may be assigned to any office in the EPA, duties may vary depending on the nature of work carried out by the office.  Candidates must be flexible, capable of working to and meeting tight deadlines and committed to delivering high quality results and services. They must demonstrate excellent inter-personnel skills, ability to build relationships (internal and external) and have a track record in delivering outstanding customer service in a busy office environment.   The successful candidate must hold a Leaving Certificate with a minimum of two years relevant work experience.  The full range of duties and the essential requirements for this position are set out in the Candidate Information Booklet.
