Sigmar are working with a leading global Investment Firm in their search for a Senior Analyst in their Real Estate Fund Accounting function. This role has come about due to increase in business across Real Estate clients.  Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for reconciliation of cash and assets related to more intricate accounts and reconciliation of account expenses for more complex transactions. In addition, you will: Engage with clients and resolve any escalated issues related to calculations and accounting. Ensure NAV processes are complete and that accurate disclosures are made in the financial statements. Draft financial reports for clients regarding the fund performance. Engage with auditors and clients to ensure that the annual audit process is completed efficiently and effectively. Experience: 3-5 years’ work experience in the funds industry. Excellent working knowledge of NAV calculations and reviews. In-depth experience of resolving cash & asset reconciliation queries. Knowledge of accounting requirements for a wide range of financial instruments. In-depth knowledge of fund fees. Excellent organisational, inter-personal and communication skills.   Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Geneva, Yardi, or Investran accounting platforms. Private markets (Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity) fund administration experience.  .
