Hartley People a seeking a PA to join a well-known, expanding Wexford Business. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. This is a full-time permanent role.     Key Responsibilities. Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the CEO, including meetings, phone calls, e-mail correspondence, diary management, and travel requirements. Assist the CEO and senior management team with planning and implementation of strategic and operational activities. Pre-screen incoming communications as agreed and manage expectations and responses. Prepare draft response reports, e-mails and letters on agreed day-to-day operational matters. Liaise with and manage relationships and make decisions on behalf of the CEO based on agreed parameters and guidelines. Prepare presentations and reports for the CEO and the senior management team as required. Prepare documents, policies, and publications to support strategic direction, including annual plans and reports. Provide travel and accommodation booking services to the business. Act as the critical interface between managers, internal teams, and external partners. Provide project support as required. Complete standard company administration tasks. Provide Company Secretary services to the CEO & Board of Directors including setting yearly meeting calendar, collating Board packs, taking minutes, and sending shareholder communications.   The ideal candidate: A 3 rd level qualification in business or a related discipline would be an advantage. Proven executive support experience. Highly engaged, organised and driven, with flexibility to meet the business demands/requirements as they arise. Collaborative and engaging attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to take and prepare accurate minutes. Intelligence, energy and the highest standard of integrity. Excellent IT skills, experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to use a broad range of software and online applications to prepare reports and information. Excellent attention to detail and ability to quality check your work. The ability to manage multiple tasks with varying timelines / deadlines. Strong initiative and positive mindset.
