Responsibilities and Duties.   Planning drivers collections and deliveries with awareness of drivers tachograph hours regulations. Booking shipping routes & updating jobs. Receiving and processing customer bookings. Data entry and job progressing on to our in-house system. Customer service. Problem solving. Qualifications and Skills. Good communications skills on email and verbally ( romanian and english ) Good IT skills. Knowledge of drivers tachograph rules an advantage. Organised and details orientated. Good time management skills. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
