I am working on behalf of a trusted and valued client of ours to hire a Junior Office administrator. This Role is suited to a friendly and diligent employee that will be working in a small and relaxed office. It is a varied role that will keep you active and engaged throughout the week. Room for growth and progression is definitely on the cards for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Handling calls both inbound and outbound. • Taking sales orders and converting details into current software package – Sage. • Computerised stocktaking. • Collating and Inputting data. • Diligent and accurate worker. • Pleasant phone manner. • General Administration Office Duties – Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc. • General office management duties associated with this role. • Maintaining all records/correspondence/databases/documentation, electronic or other formats, in accurate and legible manner with agreed policies. • Daily scheduling and co-ordination of service requirements.
