Our Client is a 4* Hotel in The Southeast. We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager with 3+ years experience in a similar role. Hotel has busy Food and Beverage Outlets and a Conference/banqueting suite catering for Functions and special Events. Your role is to manage all daily operations in the Hotel, Food and Beverage, Events, Front of House, Rooms Division etc, taking a "hands on" approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and continually improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. Ideal Deputy General Manager will have a good business experience in busy 4* Deluxe properties, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. You will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Proven relevent Financial Management experience in this role is required.
