Hartley People are recruiting for a Senior Administrator/Coordinator for a busy and growing company in Wexford.   Main Duties & Responsibilities:   Managing Projects and Project Plans. Management & implementation of company specific projects. Plan and coordinate team meetings. Providing cover across all other roles (subject to training & qualification. Providing internal training to and managing allocated members of the team. Contributing to Group strategy from an operational and human capital perspective, by improving, products, processes, and performance. Responsible for independently planning, organising and monitoring all administration activities and processes. Maintain and develop an environment which has a strong focus on customer experience, quality, and on-time task delivery. Provide leadership and coaching to all cross-divisional administration team members. Prepare and develop weekly and monthly KPI reports. R. administration. Lead and participate in business improvement projects and initiatives. Initiate and implement proposals for quality, efficiency, and customer experience improvements. Provide technical support in other areas of the business as dictated by business requirements. Provide executive assistant support to the Managing Director as dictated by business requirements. Planning and organising events.     Skills requirements & attributes A Leadership or Management qualification is desirable but not essential. Minimum 3 years relevant experience within a dynamic office environment. Leadership qualities are essential and ability to motivate and guide team. Builds rapport quickly with clients and potential clients. Self-motivation with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment. Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment will be essential. Decision making, initiative, follow-through on issues. Stress resistant. Analytical skills. Excellent planning & organising skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong awareness and understanding of customer experience requirements. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are necessary for this position.
