Customer Service Representative
Hartley People are looking for an experienced and ambitous Customer Service Representative to join an Irish organisation based in Wexford. Role Responsibilities: Answer customer calls and emails promptly, professionally, efficiently and accurately. Accurately input data (Customer orders & information) into the business management systems. Take ownership of Customer orders right through to completion, including documentation & resolution of any Customer issues. Record and complete all tasks as per office procedures. Complete all other duties and projects that may arise from time to time as requested. Required Skillset: Be highly proficient at data entry, understanding the absolute necessity for correct data transfer. Display a strong desire to be accountable & responsible within the role, both individually and as part of the team. The ability to follow schedules, yet prioritise when required. A person comfortable on the phone yet also an active listener. Someone who has good individual organisational capabilities yet can work as part of a Team. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel. Experience Requirements: Previous experience in a role with a high level of data entry. Relevant Customer Service experience. Previous office or call management experience would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM systems & practices would set the Candidate apart from others. Interested?
