Retail Wholesale Manager Job We have an excellent job opportunity for a sales-driven retail manager looking for a Wholesale environment to manage. Our client is a successful retail and Wholesale cash & carry company, who is performing extremely well in the market and they currently have a job opportunity available for a Wholesale Manager to manage their Wexford site. We are seeking a senior Retail Grocery Manager who has a strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of sales within an FMCG environment. This role does not only include general day to day operations but ensuring the future success of the business, as you will be responsible for putting together proactive sales strategies to support the continued growth of sales and customer accounts. For this job, you must have a passion for driving a business forward, excellent people skills, a strong awareness of the competition including pricing, margins, changes in customer trends, and other factors affecting changes to a wholesale environment. Responsibilities for this retail Wholesale Job : Maximise sales through developing business with current customers, and identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Coordinate and organise, the picking and daily deliveries of all customer orders. Actively comply and promote company policies in relation to Health & Safety, security, medicinal products and HACCP. Maintain and exceed branch sales and margins. Replenish and manage stock in line with company policies. Manage costs of business within the branch. Debtor management. Oversee cash management reconciliations. Requirements for this retail Wholesale Job : Experience of management within a busy supermarket or another wholesale food environment and show you have the capability to demonstrate success in a management role within the FMCG trade. Excellent interpersonal management skills. Excellent organisational skills, consistent with the coordination of staff and the fast movement of goods in and goods out. Assist in marketing of offers, promotions and online profile. Be a highly motivated self-starter, who takes initiative. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, identifying key issues and addressing them in a timely, professional and effective manner.
