Hartley People are looking for a Regional Manager to manage its recruitment business and operations in the Wexford region. Initially working closely with the Waterford office, the successful candidate will eventually (when trained and ready!) take full responsibility for the development and management of the Wexford region, the largest county in the south-east by population. This is a massive opportunity for the right person. We will provide full training in the mechanics and best practice of recruitment, an existing customer base, full support in terms of accounts, admin and marketing, and the freedom/authority to be your own boss, when you’re ready. What do we need in return? Well, great opportunities typically require great commitment. And this is no different. We are looking for a candidate who resides in Wexford , and who is well networked in the area (or prepared to become well networked!). You’re going to need really advanced people skills. You’ll have the ability to network, communicate, influence, build relationships, build rapport and trust. You will need to be entrepreneurial, passionate and have a bias for achieving results. In short, you will need drive, energy and an unrelenting commitment to making the business the undisputed leader across the Wexford and south Wicklow regions. You will need a level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline such as business. At least 4-5 years of experience in a business that requires client service at a professional level. Strong work ethic. Social Media savvy, with strong IT skills. Ambition for the business, backed by drive and commitment – you will need lots of it! Is this you? If so, we would really love to talk.
