An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a company based in Co Wexford for Sales Manager responsible for Ireland and the UK.  The Role: Responsible for the development and the growth of the Sales Revenue in the Ireland/UK region. With regional management, develop a medium term channel strategy, based upon market insights and upcoming trends. Take responsibility for sales channel and it’s growth. Account management plans for existing and new customers. Manage, motivate and develop a team of sales and customer relationship focused personnel. Manage, train, coach and develop the Business Development team based in Ireland. The Person:    Previous experience in managing a high performance sales function. Strong results focus with proven record of achievement vis-à-vis monthly / quarterly sales and gross margin targets. Proven track record of increasing sustainable sales figures. Ability to understand clients’ requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
