Programme Manager (Level 1) Environment and Health. Application details/procedure: The EPA is seeking to fill a Programme Manager (Level 1) position in our Environment and Health Programme.  The successful candidate can expect challenging yet rewarding work and excellent training and development opportunities. The Programme Manager will be a member of the Senior Management Team.  The successful candidate will contribute effectively to EPA activities and management decisions, as well as playing an important role in the strategy, governance and development of the organisation. The person appointed will be responsible for the leadership and management of the EPA’s Environment & Health Programme which is a core monitoring, assessment and advisory function of the organisation. This is a wide-ranging multifunctional role with the successful candidate leading a broad programme organised in multidisciplinary teams with both Technical and Administration Staff. The successful candidates must have an honours degree (NFQ Level 8), in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience to include significant senior management experience.
