We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Production Planner to collaborate with a diverse team who are accountable for both strategic and tactical operational activities. This role focuses on developing and delivering production plans that meet customer service expectations as well as optimising the efficency of manufacturing operations. The position would suit an enthusiastic team worker who is seeking a rewarding career in a dynamic Supply Chain environment. Responsibilities:   As part of a team, you will be supported to. • Influence Planning strategy by determining and evaluating current and future requirements supporting the growth and changing needs. • Work collaboratively with Manufacturing and Demand Planning teams to ensure production plan optimises capacity for maximum utilisation, yield & efficency. • Manage inventory levels in line with financial targets. • Identify and manage Supply Chain risk through assessment, evaluation, control and monitoring. • Ensure smooth integration of new production introductions. • Execute day to day planning activities to agreed SLA. • Assess product availability, escalate accordingly, and manage stakeholder expectations through to issue resolution. Qualifications: • Bachelor of Business Studies or equivalent primary degree, IIPM Certification and/or APICS Certified. • Minimum of 5-7 years supply chain experience in production planning role or similar. • Knowledge of SAP ECC/APO package or equivalent MRP system. • Experience in an FDA or similarly regulated environment (ISO13485.
