Description

JOB DESCRIPTION. ? Liaise and negotiate with haulage companies, customers etc. ? Prepare any transport jobs and paperwork as and when required. ? Provide day to day administration support for both the Transport office and Cold Store. ? Provide support to both the Transport Manager and Cold Store Manager. ? Provide cover for the Transport Manager and Cold Store Manager when necessary. ? Proactively support and fully comply with the Companies policies and procedures. ? Identify problems early and respond in a timely fashion. ? Provide administrative support for other areas of the business as need arises. ? Ad Hoc Duties as they arise. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. ? Previous administration experience would be an advantage but is not essential. ? Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. ? A flexible attitude and a proven record as a strong team player. ? Ability to work under pressure. ? Highly proficient in Excel & Reporting. ? Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
