Our client based in the Wexford / Carlow area currently have a job available for an experienced Office Administrator to work alongside the Transport Manager / Warehouse Manager in a Shipping / Logistics Department. You will have the responsibility. Liaise and negotiate with haulage companies, customers etc. Prepare any transport jobs and paperwork as and when required. Provide day to day administration support for both the Transport office and Warehouse Manager. Provide support to both the Transport Manager and Warehouse Manager. Provide cover for the Transport Manager and Warehouse Manager when necessary. Proactively support and fully comply with the Companies policies and procedures. Identify problems early and respond in a timely fashion. Provide administrative support for other areas of the business as need arises. Ad Hoc Duties as they arise. You will have: A minimum of 2 years office-based administration experience. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. A flexible attitude and a proven record as a strong team player. Ability to work under pressure. Highly proficient in Excel & Reporting. Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
