An exciting opportunity has arisen with our prestegious client in Wexford, for an innovative CEO to lead and develop the organisation whilst building relationships throughout the county. Key Responsibilities of this role: Manage the day to day operations of the business and represent the organisation in a professional manner. Provide leadership to the employees and volunteers whilst managing the delivery of projects, events and initiatives. Work closely with the Board of Directors to deliver on the organisation’s vision and strategic objectives. Ensure periodic reports on performance against the annual business plan, projections vs actuals and highlight any issues. Manage the organisation’s finances and identify and develop opportunities for sponsorship and grant aid. Implement HR policies and procedures for employees and ensure training and development opportunities are promoted. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the organisation’s profile via online channels and local media platforms. The successful candidate. Proven track record of management within a corporate business, SME or local development sector along with knowledge of industry trends across Wexford County. Third level business related qualification. Experience of working with a voluntary board of directors. Strong financial management and analytical skills. Excellent networking skills with the ability to build working relationships across a range of stakeholders. Strong communication skills with a flexible and reliable approach to tasks.
