Description. 9 - 12 month Maternity Leave Cover. Store Manager. • Staff Management, training, appraising and management of staff. • Overall responsibility for store performance ensures sales target are met and all KPI’s are achieved. • Organised workflow ensuring staff understand their duties and delegated tasks. • Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. • Maintain time keeping and personnel records and weekly wages. • Flexibility - willing to take on additional tasks and assist in the execution of new projects. • Maintains a positive attitude through periods of change and is professional in all work situations. • Following and implementing all Company Policies and Procedures to drive the business. • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions. • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the stores reputation. • Oversee in store promotional/seasonal displays. • Bank Lodgement, till counts, cash managements. • Make sure that the business follows all safety and health regulations. Requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills. • Proven experience in management or a relevant role. • Excellent customer service skills. • Ability to problem solve. • Ability to prioritize and put in practice the use of effective time management skills. • Lead a team and ensure all task are completed to a high standard. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. • Commercial awareness. • Minimum one years’ experience in similar role. You’ll need to be flexible to support our busiest times, which can include weekdays, evening and weekend work, as well as public holidays.
