Development of HR policies, Procedures and Practices. Lead organizational change initiatives Provide an operational HR service for all employees. Providing a recruitment and selection service The Person: 3+ years in a HR Manager position. CIPD Qualified. Experience of working in a fast paced environment. Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering end to end strategic people focussed programmes.
