Our Client, a leading Irish transport company based in co. Wexford, will be happy to welcome an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to their team. Responsibilities: Efficient preparation and submission of customs documentation. Liaising with the Clients and customs authorities on a daily basis. Coordinating and processing customs clearance documentation for the Clients. Being the specialist and point of contact for all customs compliance issues. Assisting in resolving all customs compliance issues with the Clients. Assisting in the review of all policies, procedures and controls put in place. Responding to and resolving Clients’ support request. Keeping the company’s relevant computer systems up to date and supporting their development and data population. Requirements: A third level qualification (customs administration, international trade, logistics or similar preferred. Experience in customs clearance. Extensive knowledge of customs and excise legislation. Ability to liaise with Clients and internal employees at all levels. Interested?
