Hartley People are recruiting a Process Engineer for a hugely successful Wexford based client.  This role focuses on process and product improvement initiatives and would be a key enabler to both NPI and sustaining activities. The Person:  Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing NFQ Level 8 qualification or equivalent qualification. Strong Technical aptitude. The Role:  Work with manufacturing processes to drive process and product improvements. Specifically focusing on process yield and process efficiencies. Monitor Production Metrics and take ownership for the resolution of any issues identified. Troubleshoot products and processes working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering departments. Work closely with production and engineering departments during the transfer of a new product from NPI to manufacturing, ensuring a robust sustainable process is established and maintained. Ensure adequate process/procedures are received into production. Take ownership for the initial data analysis, investigation and escalation of technical issues to the Wexford and Manchester Engineering and Product Development teams.
