Senior Site Manager required by David Flynn Limited fora new housing development in Wexford. Phase 1 which involves 62 houses and 9 apartments is due to start in the coming weeks and there are a further 2 phases already plannedso this a permanent position which we are recruiting for and the ideal candidate will be based on this site for the next 3 years at least. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of successfully delivering large scale housing projects and ideally is either from a trades background or will have a construction management degree. The ideal candidate will have : • A minimum of 10 years Site management experience. • Worked for a main contractor. • A Proven ability in delivering projects on time and within budget. • Excellent people management skills. • Excellent references.
