Proactively manage operations and sales performance. To support our existing staff team in relation to operations and business development. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Manage relationships with key operations vendors. To develop new business through management of sales staff. The Person: Previous people management experience  Have a degree in/or extensive practical knowledge of dairy farming.
