Our Client, based in Dublin city requires a Project Administrator on a 8 month fixed term contract. This is a 37 hour, Monday – Friday role.  Duties:  Demonstrate an ability to understand Client requirements and priorities to make the right business decisions. Providing administrative support through all aspects of procurement and payments processes. Manage the day to day diary of Senior Management. Maintain records and a file management system. Monitor and track the status of work in progress against completion deadlines. Interacting daily with PM & projects team. Keep up to date with the latest technologies. Prepare monthly reports and other Management Information requests. Desktop publishing support including Adobe Acrobat editing. Requirements:  QQI/FETAC/HETAC level 5 or above. Experience working in a multi discipline team. Proficient use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word. Problem-solving ability. Report writing experience.
