• Full Time Position Working Alongside Colleagues To Operate The Practice’S Front Of House, Which Services A Number Of Specialists. • Managing A Switchboard Efficiently. • Assess And Manage All Mail, Telephone And In-Person Queries; In A Professional And Timely Manner, Referring And Recording Where Necessary. • Managing All Appointments And Monetary Transactions On Specialised Software Packages. • Liaising With Patients, Suppliers, Multi-Disciplinary Professionals, Colleagues, Government Bodies And Insurance Companies As Required, In A Professional Manner. • Provide Administrative Support To The Team Where Necessary. • Support The Practice Manager In The Smooth Running Of Front Of House And Provide Cover For Colleagues When Required. Desirable Characteristics: • Reliable, Determined, Professional And Well Presented. • To Have Empathy And The Ability To Handle Sensitive Information Appropriately. • Great Written And Verbal Communication Skills And A Positive Telephone Manner. • Works Well Under Pressure And The Ability To Multi-Task. • Works Well In A Team Environment. • Proficient In Ms Word, Office, Outlook And Experience In Crm Systems Essential. • Experience In A Similar Environment Desirable. Other Information: This Is A Full Time 37.5Hrs Per Week Position. Salary Will Be Commensurate With Qualifications And Relevant Experience. Canvassing Will Disqualify.
