Mission: Lead the operational coordination of MIDAS project impacting product/pack (innovations, renovations, changes) and all activities related to Implement & Launch phases, through close collaboration with disciplines within the network, in order to ensure a first time right & on-time launch within cost, service and quality parameters. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES. • Manage MIDAS project that result in a new or changed product and/or package and be accountable for the projects’ success. • Be the factory’s SPOC for all activity related topics and collaborate efficiently with central functions (OPP, Product Sourcing, PD, S&OP), CBUs (local SRO/Activity) and internal functions (QA, Prod, PCM, FIN, OPP. • Communicate and monitor operational project timelines. • Inform proactively identified risks and deviations from the plan. • Facilitate decision making process (e.g scenario planning reflecting impact and concequences. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Improve continuously the way of working of AM and MD. • Manage country specific registration and artwork development processes. • Ensure continuous development of local tools, cross-functional processes in the area of new product introduction, change and project management, as well as participate in network development. • Initiate write-off and cross charge processes. • Accountable for phase-in & phase out. EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED. University Degree (ideally Engineering or Supply Chain or procurement. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Project Management. FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES NEEDED. • Supply Chain processes. • Complex systems understanding (SAP/EAN/DanArt/ Orsoft, Excel, Power Point. • Project Management. • DANgo Business Process Owner.
