Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Specialist that can be located in Galway , Wexford or work remotely after an initial training period. The Role:        Manage the end to end recruitment and selection process. Support the HR Management team on the delivery of Talent and Succession planning. Manage all recruitment administration responsibilities and contribute to various ongoing projects. Increase brand awareness on social media platforms. Develop strong relationships on multiple sites. Requirements:  4+ years in a recruitment environment. Degree Qualified in a HR, Marketing or relevant discipline – Desirable. Strong numeric and commercial acumen. The ability to influence key stakeholders. Timelines: Week beginning 11/02 start screening potential candidate. Week beginning 18/02 shortlist candidates to client.
