You will work as a Trustee Administrator for our client, an investment bank company in Limerick. This is a 3 month contract role. Your new job. The core responsibility of this function is to act solely in the interest of the investor, to hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and provide oversight on the activities of the scheme. Ensure the investment funds are in compliance with regulatory and fund-specific Documentation. Complete daily review of output from compliance monitoring system. Review of performance fees and distributions. Prepare reporting requirements for the Board of the relevant investment funds. Preparation for and input to reports for client meetings. Assist in preparation for visits from compliance, audit etc. What are we looking for? Ideally funds experience in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency or Trustee. Or relevant Financial Services experience. Very strong attention to detail skills. Good communication skills. Microsoft skills are needed particularly Excel, Outlook. 3rd Level Qualification.
