If you live in Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wicklow or South Tipperary, then the manufacturing plant is commutable to you. The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that all engineering activities are done to the standards required by Integer including a variety of job related tasks, which may not be specific to this position profile. As Engineering Manager some of your key duties will include: - Selecting and Leading cross functional teams to achieve improvements. - Management of the transfer and standardisation of the process and products. - Implementation, installation and commissioning of new equipment. Preparation and controlling of all department costs within agreed annual budgets. - Development and implementation of new Engineering concepts. - Develop, implement and control new product introductions. - Lead the introduction of new technologies and new products.
