Requirements: - Proven working experience in a restaurant kitchen as Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine an advantage. - Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. - Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. - Familiar with industry’s best practices. -Willing to work on all weekends with most Sundays off. - Age between 25 and 40. Resposibilities: - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies following the house standards. - Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces. - Strive to improve food preparation and presentations. - Ensure that food is delivered, in high quality and in a timely fashion. - Enforce strict health and hygiene standards. - Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
