Our client one of Irelands leading software companies is looking for a Scrum Master to join their ever expanding company. Openings available for junior to mid level Scrum Masters.  Experience supporting 1 or preferably 2 delivery teams is essential.  The Person:  1-2 years experience working as a Scrum Master supporting at least one or two delivery teams. Excellent communication and facilitation skills and an innate ability to influence others. Have some experience working as a Scrum Master in an application development environment. Being a Certified Scrum Master is an advantage. The Role:  Work with a software product development team(s), empowering them to make great decisions in how they develop, test and release software. Provide coaching, facilitation and support to the team. Support the Product Owner and the Development team in delivering high quality software that exceeds customers expectations. Help the team to understand their process and achieve reliable, predictable delivery. Work with colleagues to improve our ability to deliver software, reducing our time to market whilst improving the quality of software delivered. Work with other Scrum Masters, to ensure that agile principles and practices are adhered to. Contribute to the agile community internally (knowledge sharing, brown bags, etc.) and externally (meetups, conferences, etc.) Providing all support to the team using servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. Run scrum ceremonies effectively and efficiently.
