Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, with expanding operations are seeking an Outbound Planning Manager to join their manufacturing facility in Wexford. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' in planning management in a fast paced, high volume environment. The Role. Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to); Leading a section of the Planning team to ensure all finished goods products are appropriately planned, produced, stored and distributed across the network on time in full. Ensuring the organisation can deliver finished/semi-finished goods in line with customer demands, while maintaining the desired safety stock levels & optimising capacity in the factory and network. The Person. Demonstrable experience of people management. Minimum of 5 years' planning management experience in a fast paced, high volume environment (FMCG, Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical. Relevant third level qualification in a Supply Chain/Logistics discipline. Understanding and ability to apply the principles and tools of lean manufacturing to "live" situations.
