Our client, one of Ireland's leading Hospitality Groups is currently hiring a Cluster HR Manager to join their Senior Management team on a 6 month contract in Wexford, Ireland . This is a fantastic opportunity for the ideal candidate to showcase their HR and management skills while possessing a strong passion for the Hospitality Industry. Salary: DOE. Contract: Full-time, 6 month contract. Skills required: Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in HR is required, ideally in a Hotel or customer focused environment. 3rd level qualification is desirable. Must posses a strong knowledge of Employment Law and related legislation. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have experience in payroll and cost management. Must be self-motivated and the ability to work well under pressure. Duties and responsibilities of the role: - To report directly to the Hotel Managers and the Group HR Manager. - To oversee all HR functions with the support from a team of HR executives. - To encourage employee engagement within the selected properties. - To oversee all recruitment and selection for the properties, including internal hiring and succession planning. - To support all new hires and ensure all correct documentation is given to each in accordance to company policies. - To manage all IR and ER issues on a continuous basis. - To manage Payroll through Time and Attendance systems and monitor payroll budgets on a regular basis with the General Managers. - To maintain employee compliance standards for the hotels, including HR records and documentation. - To help drive and encourage employee training and development.
