Our client wishes to recruit a Marketing Manager for their Enniscorthy Office in County Wexford. The Role. Develop marketing plans for a large Franchise Partner with 20 stores in Ireland. Full responsibility for effective execution and delivery of plans. Work cross functionally with Area Managers and key Store Managers on plans to drive footfall and sales in store. Identify areas of underperformance and solutions to rectify. Secure agreement and communicate plans clearly across the full business. Work closely with key partners on commercial plans and new store offers. Key output areas and objectives. 1. Full accountability and ownership of monthly and quarterly marketing plans - Driving footfall and in-store sales. Agreeing and setting store by store sales targets and KPI’s. Driving store profitability. To address areas of underperformance in the business. Secure sign off for plans with the Senior Management team and Partners. Customer experience and professional execution should be central to all plans. 2. Conduct regular commercial performance reviews - Development of key reports measuring performance to KPI’s. Support directors with performance reviews on a bi-monthly basis. Feedback to the management team on all business intelligence and competitor activity. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. 3. Manage a positive relationship throughout the business and with key partners. Ensure all stores know and understand business plans and Partner strategy. Ensure all parts of the business remain engaged on plans to drive business performance. Address any commercial concerns or issues in a timely fashion. 4. Ensure that all marketing activity conforms to Partner brand and business guidelines. Develop marketing activity and plans consistent with Partner Segment and Brand teams. Ensure all processes conform to customer privacy and GDPR guidelines. Essential Professional and Technical Expertise. Highly organised with very strong commercial acumen. Driven with a can-do attitude. Experience in developing and executing marketing plans a must. Strong communicator. Excellent analytical skills. Highly computer literate. Highly motivated to achieve results. Full clean driving licence. Primary business degree is preferable. Fully competent computer skills including Microsoft Office. Personal. Have a continuous improvement mind-set, always looking to identify business opportunities. Be ambitious & competitive. Be results driven with a focus on driving differentiation, target achievement and beating the competition. Seek out best practice cross functionally and look to implement best in class opportunities. Always focussed on driving outstanding customer experience across all channels. Ability to work well under pressure while removing barriers to change. Ensure all sales and care processes are simplified for Partners in store staff and customers. Develop very strong relationships cross functionally with the business and across the channels.
