Our client a very successful retailer is looking for a Systems Analyst and Operations delivery co-ordinator who can help in the design of businesses for the group. The role involves : Developing and configuring ERP solutions. Work on development and support of functionality of LS NAV modules and ICT services. Be prepared to troubleshoot as needed. Support and assist the development of projects and see them through their entire project life cycle. Provide training on existing and new processes to the business process teams. Identify areas for process improvement and redesign and develop IT solution proposals to address these opportunities. Ensure service delivery from external vendors by tracking and management of schedule of services. The ideal candidate will possess: Technical or Business Degree is an advantage. 4+ years’ experience in similar systems analyst or ERP/ICT role. Experience with LS NAV in retail desirable. Technical competence in data analytics and requirements. Good mindset for business analytics. Possess a good working knowledge of ERP systems. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills. Excellent communication skills. Organised and flexible with a proven ability to multi-task successfully in a busy environment.
