We are looking for an experienced full time Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. The candidate must have experience in a busy kitchen and have a passion for fresh food. Roster is Wed-Sun 4 lates . Day shift Sunday. Responsibilities: To match the ambition of the current team of Chefs. To ensure a very high standard of food is consistently produced. Ensuring that your section is fully prepped for service. Contribute to new menu items. Follow HACCP controls and procedures. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role. Up to date knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods. Ambitious with a willingness to learn. Work Weekends. Grill experience essential , but generally good all rounder. We are located on the edge of New Ross town within easy access of Wexford, Kilkenny and waterford. Here at Mannions we are serious about giving our customers a fantastic food and drink experience.
