Hartley People have a great opportunity for a commercially minded newly qualified Accountant to join a rapidly growing technology company based in Wexford. This is a varied role, ideally suited to somebody who has had exposure to financial and management accounting. Reporting to the CFO you would be part of a small finance team with exposure to all aspects of a dynamic SaaS business.   Requirements. Newly qualified accountant (CIMA/CA/CPA/ACCA). CIMA qualification preferred. 2 years’ quality relevant experience (SaaS, technology or start-up experience a plus. Demonstrate a strong commercial awareness (business acumen essential to role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships (both internal and external. Can work in a fluid, test and learn, entrepreneurial environment. Strong analytical and interpretive skills, ability to deliver financial data in a user friendly and relevant manner. Essential to have hands-on approach and be willing to deal with any task. Detailed oriented and takes ownership of work. Strong background in report preparation and analysis. Enjoy being a proactive self-starter with a desire to learn, with an inquisitive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Advanced MS office skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets. Salesforce and Xero experience an advantage.
