What you need to know. You will work as a Manufacturing Manager for our client, a highly successful healthcare manufacturing company in Wexford. You will manage day to day manufacturing activities. This is a permanent job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Managing a large team to meet the requirement of the production plan. Overseeing the closure of operational and personnel issues. Maintaining quality standards, driving improving, driving efficiencies and driving process optimisation in the manufacturing operation. Support future budget costing activities. Mentoring, developing and executing training and development plans for supervisors and team leader groups. Manage/Support: new product introductions, CIP activities, capital projects install.
