Our client, a well established FDA regulated Manufacturing company based in Wexford is looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation. Candidate must be flexibile to travel to other site when required – based in Ireland. This is a big requirement of the role.  Role & Responsibilities include: Responsible for the overall management of the recruitment and selection process from start to finish. Responsible for generating a well founded talent pipeline for future vacancies. Responsible for using well established techniques while also using creative methods to construct valuable talent pipelines. Responsible for adhering to compliance procedures while also meeting business requirements in regards to turnaround times on fill rates. Act as a support to the companys HR function regarding Talent and succession planning. Responsible for the completion of all recruitment administration. Other ad hoc duties including participating in ongoing projects. The Idea candidate: Will have a HR Degree or relevant discipline. Will have at least 3-4 years’ relevant recruitment experience in a Pharmaceutical environment. Will have the ability to succeed in a fast paced and growing environment. Must have a strong level of analytical, organisations & administrative skills.
