Hartley People are currently recruiting for an Accounts and Administration Assistant for a construction company based in Wexford Town. This is a permanent opportunity.   Responsibilities:   Dealing with all areas associated with Sub-Contractors including: Sub-Contractor Invoices: –          Entering Sub-Contractor Invoice to accounts system. Matching invoices with appropriate back-up information. –          Checking accuracy of sub-contractor invoices. Raising and resolving queries where appropriate. –          Completing internal check system for all subcontractor invoices. –          Taking invoices through from receipt to final approval for payment. Preparation of Appointment Letters (with Information provided by Senior QS. –          Preparing, Issuing, Tracking & Filing of Appointment Letters & Associated Information. Dealing with Sub-Contractors Insurance documentation tracking and requesting updates as required.   Requirements: 3-4- years’ experience in a similar role essential. Previous experience in a busy office environment. Previous experience in the construction industry an advantage. Excellent excel skills. Strong attention to detail.
