Hartley People are currently looking for an  Accounts Payable personfor a full time position in New Ross, Wexford.  The role: The role requires you to be responsible for managing the accounts payable function for our client. This is a busy role that requires someone to get stuck in and power through the volume. You must have the ability to prioritise the work load so the team deadlines can be meet. Attention to detail is critical to ensure that the data going into the accounts is always correct. You need to be a strong character willing to pick up the telephone to sort out an issue and highlight any errors or backlogs before they become a problem.   Responsibilities. Invoice Processing. Monthly reconciliation of all supplier statements. Responsibility for processing all supplier payments from sage through to the bank. Ensure supplier information is kept up to date. Assisting with reporting and month end activities as they arise. Monthly accrual preparation to assist with accounts preparation.   Requirements. Previous office experience in a busy accounts payable role is essential. Experience with Sage 200 is preferable. Excel skills are essential. Previous experience processing payments. Organised, Driven, Committed and Enthusiastic. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
