Building Envelope Technologies Ltd is a progressive company in the Construction/Energy sector and are now seeking candidates for the position of Sustainability Engineer Energy Rating Assessor. The role will require: Enthusiastic, good communicator and self-motivated in their approach to work. Min Level 7 Qualification in Construction / Engineering /Architecture/Sustainability. Experience in Building Energy Ratings and Building Regulations Part L Compliance desirable. IT Skills: AutoCAD ,Word and Excel are essential. Full Clean driving licence. This role may also suit an individual who has a suitable background but has not completed the BER course and exam .Training for the BER exam could be provided .A generous package is available for the right candidate.
