I am looking for a Senior Quality Supervisor for my client based in Wexford. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced or Senior Quality Engineer or Team Leader in a regulated environment looking to make a step up into a more senior role. About the job: As Senior Quality Supervisor you'll be tasked with overseeing and improving quality systems and monitoring production process ensuring compliance to ISO 13485 and FDA standards, including the following duties: * Mentor and develop a team of Quality Engineers/Technicians. * Develop and oversee QMS in manufacturing process. * Monitor compliance in product production process. * Facilitate RCA meetings and escalate concerns. * Oversee validation and qualification in the quality teams. * Liaising with other teams on production projects. About you: As the successful candidate you'll have the following: * Degree in Science or Engineering. * 3 experience in a regulated quality environment. * 2 years in a team leader / supervisor / senior engineer role. * Sound understanding of ISO 13485 quality standards.
