What you need to know: You will work as a HR Manager with our client a global multinational organization based in South- East Ireland . This is a permanent job offering considerable potential for career development at a local or international level. The HR Manager will be responsible for all areas of HR to include employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employment law compliance, health and wellbeing and other related HR activities. The HR Manager will be an integral part of the company management team, working with key stakeholders and all staff driving change, efficiency and best in class processes. Lead employee relations proactively. Coach, council and provide guidance to team leaders. Manage recruitment activities and ensure a robust process. Take full responsibility for compensation and benefits activities. Develop and implement the training program. Manage all aspects of canteen/ cafeteria contract. Work closely building relations with local community and businesses. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures. Manage department budget. Coordinate and manage the performance management system. What are we looking for? 7 – 10 years’ experience as a HR business partner/HR manager. Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of HR function. Ability to collaborate in a global environment. Experience of lean management/ change.
